I’ll never understand why these slivers of thoughts lodge in our minds, but they do, like Musicophilia haunts.  Whenever a situation causes one to bubble up, I try to write it down if I can.

Below is a smattering, a smattering I tell you, of that stream that runs through my puddin head. These thoughts that come and go always feel like they’re my own, but never actually are.  Ecclesiastes teaches, “There is nothing new under the sun.”  So, it’s always a matter of “standing on the shoulders of giants”
